The dance workout mixes the graceful steps of Ballroom and the up-tempo step of Latin dances to create a fun filled class where you don’t even realise, you’re getting fit. What a wonderful way to get flexible and healthy! Even better if you can dance your way fit with friends and pick up on the social gains these classes can also offer. Spend the time enjoying and supporting each other as you transform your body and have fun dancing to music that will get your heart pumping!
These classes do not require a partner and you’re welcome to turn up to meet new people or get focussed and go solo!
